What the grade measures

A 1-10 score for what matters most: food at a restaurant, coffee at a café, or drinks at a bar.

How we calculate it

We do not just count stars. We read what guests write about food and service, then combine those impressions with the venue's Google rating.

Cleanliness can cap the grade

Repeated cleanliness complaints automatically cap the maximum grade, no matter how good the food is.

When there are few reviews

There are few reviews available, so consider this grade an initial impression. Based on fewer reviews than usual, so the grade may shift as more feedback comes in.
