1. Platform operator

Registration status

The company that will operate the platform is not yet registered with the Romanian Trade Register as of the date above, so its registry details — name, legal form, registered office, trade register number and fiscal code — are not published here yet. We publish them the day it is registered. We would rather leave a field out than state an invented value: art. 22 lit. b) of Law no. 365/2002 penalises omitted and inaccurate information alike. 3. The service

BearMenu (bear.menu) is an information society service: a discovery platform for restaurants, menus and events, with subscriptions for the venues listed. We do not sell products to consumers, take orders, or process online payments.

4. Tariffs

Restaurant subscription tariffs are published on the pricing page. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON). The applicable VAT treatment will be published when the operating company is registered — see the legal notice. The service is entirely digital: there are no delivery charges.

5. Authorisations and registers

The activity carried out through bear.menu is not subject to prior authorisation and is not a regulated profession.

6. Complaints

Complaints about the service can be sent by email to the address above. We confirm receipt and respond within 30 days.

7. Data protection

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Complaints about data processing can be lodged with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral.
