Menu items, prices, opening hours, and other restaurant information are provided by partner establishments. BearMenu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Always confirm details directly with the restaurant before visiting.

The BearMenu name, logo, and original content are the intellectual property of BearMenu. Restaurant names, menus, and images remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute BearMenu content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BearMenu provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate restaurant or menu information.
• Service interruptions or technical issues.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (which, for a free service, is zero).

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may link to restaurant websites, social media profiles, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Termination
