Restaurant Meridian

I liked the food very much (chicken breast with peas puree and Parsnip purée), it was very good. The wait for the food was very short and the service impeccable. I only wish in the future they introduce more options in the menu. Good job !

O mâncare deosebit de gustoasă, preparată de un chef inspirat. Vă recomand ceafa de porc gătită lent, demi-glace. Nu am mâncat niciodată o ceafă mai bună. Efectiv se topește în gură. Iar servirea e ireproșabilă.

The restaurant changed owners, but the photos on Google Maps are still from the old Nouvelle Cuisine restaurant when they had the Michelin-star chef. We decided to give it a go. The food and service were excellent! The menu is here: https://qrfy.io/p/tQTbBHjtfl We had Hummus with salad and mixed seeds, Slow-cooked pork neck (Ceafa de porc gatita lent), Brisket (they cook it 18 hours), and to drink Prosecco Maschio dei Cavalieri. All very tasty, the meat was very tender.

Am fost la restaurantul hotelului si pot sa zic ca mancarea este foarte buna.

Aici era inainte un restaurant inspirat Michelin si probabil din acele retete s-au pastrat iar preturile sunt accesibile.
