Hikari is the best Japanese style restaurant I’ve ever ate at, the staff treats you really nicely, the atmosphere is amazing, and the food is some of the best I’ve ever had.

I have eaten at a lot of fancier Japanese restaurants, even a Michelin star one, but not even that one tops this. From the price to the taste, this restaurant is better in every possible way.

The atmosphere feels really authentically Japanese, from the food they serve to how the staff act or dress, this is truly one of the best and cheapest Japanese experience you can get here in Transylvania.

Hikari nu e doar un restaurant japonez, e o experiență în sine. Din momentul în care am pășit înăuntru, atmosfera caldă și îngrijită ne-a spus că urmează ceva special — și nu ne-am înșelat.

Mâncarea a fost excepțională, iar asta nu e întâmplător — se simte în fiecare îmbucătură grija și atenția cu care bucătarii abordează fiecare preparat. Autenticitatea e la ea acasă aici: arome, tehnici și prezentare care respectă cu sfințenie tradiția japoneză. Nu e o interpretare superficială a bucătăriei asiatice, ci ceva cu adevărat autentic, gătit cu pasiune și precizie.

Chelnerul nostru a completat perfect experiența — ne-a povestit cu entuziasm despre fiecare fel de mâncare, despre ingrediente și modul de preparare, iar recomandările lui au fost extraordinar de gustoase. Am ales aproape exclusiv după sfaturile lui și nu am dat greș nicio clipă. Acel tip de dedicare, combinat cu grija vizibilă a echipei din bucătărie, face diferența dintre un restaurant obișnuit și unul memorabil.

Great place with a cozy atmosphere. Tried sushi this time and it was definitely great and very tasty. The service was on point, and our waiter, Radu, took great care of our dining experience.
