A Japanese pure malt whisky produced by the Matsui Shuzo distillery in Tottori Prefecture. It is aged for at least three years in oak barrels and proofed with fresh spring water from Mount Daisen, resulting in a soft profile with notes of vanilla, nuts, and raisins.
