Maguro Kaitai x Taiko Experience returns to Hikari on October 22 at 19:00 with Live Tuna Cutting: a culinary show built around a whole Bluefin Tuna, showcasing the technique and precision of Japanese cuisine. The Hikari team, led by Chef Alex Răcătău, turns the cutting into a true spectacle, completed by the rhythm of Taiko drums.
