Maguro Kaitai x Taiko Experience returns to Hikari on October 15 at 19:00. The evening features a Live Tuna Cutting show built around a whole bluefin tuna, showcasing the technique and precision of Japanese cuisine. The full Hikari team, led by Chef Alex Răcătău, turns the experience into a true spectacle, accompanied by the spectacular rhythm of Taiko drums — bringing the energy and tradition of Japan to Hikari.
