Recenzii Yep'n Yo

We waited for 20 min and he didnt showed up…on the table was writing “i’ll be back in 10”. I asked the MANAGER where is the cashier and he didnt knew either

Very disappointing experience. The waiting time just to have the order prepared was extremely long, even though I was standing right in front of the counter the entire time. Customers were left waiting without any clear explanation, and the service was slow and disorganized.

The staff appeared poorly trained and lacked the efficiency needed to handle orders properly. There was little attention given to customers, and the overall process seemed chaotic.

In addition, the hygiene standards were concerning. The work area did not appear to be kept as clean and organized as expected, which raised doubts about the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

The combination of excessive waiting times, poor staff preparation, and questionable hygiene made for a very disappointing experience. Management should focus on improving staff training, customer service, and cleanliness standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
