Jaxx| The Music Garage Gastropub

We had a double date here at the start of the year and were pleasantly surprised! Most restaurants have a weak spot somewhere, either mid tier food, unattentive staff, boring decor or not enough variety for the drinks. I can confidently say this restaurant checks all the boxes for me, but I also think a restaurant doesn't have to be "fancy" to be a 5 star. The food was delicious and filling, well worth the price. We had the texan country platter and could barely finish it between 2 people. Dishes are American style with lots of meat and sauces, potato sides and coleslaw, and other classics like mac n cheese, chicken parm and BBQ. The decor fits the theme of the food very well, you'll have plenty of things to notice and look at while you eat. One thing I absolutely loved is the unique cocktail menu, if you're tired of hugos and mojitos this is the bar for you. They're more pricy than the classic, but worth the experience. And lastly the staff was welcoming and attentive all evening, orders were taken and brought quickly. Shoutout to Octavian for being awesome and taking our picture with my camera!

The atmosphere here is simply electric, with energetic staff serving an incredible array of dishes! I was blown away by the flavors and fresh ingredients. Each bite was a delightful experience! They really know how to turn a meal into a celebration. I’ve never left disappointed! Highly recommend!

This place is great for a night out. The decoration is very creative, teh food is very delicious. The waiters are nice, especilally István.
