A prestige vintage rosé Champagne created by Bernard de Nonancourt in 1987 to celebrate his eldest daughter's wedding. It is produced only in exceptional years and is unique for its co-maceration process where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are macerated together to achieve a complex, elegant profile.
