An ultra-premium Venezuelan rum produced only in exceptional years from a single year of distillation. It is aged for 12 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and single malt whiskey casks before being finished for an additional year in Oloroso sherry barrels, resulting in notes of vanilla, coffee, and chocolate.
