A rich blended Irish whiskey produced by the Old Bushmills Distillery in Northern Ireland. It is distinguished by its high proportion of malt whiskey (approximately 80%) which is matured in Oloroso sherry casks and sweet bourbon barrels, resulting in deep, fruity notes and a smooth character.
