A premium Italian sparkling wine from the Ferrari Trento winery, produced in the Trentodoc region using the traditional method (Metodo Classico). It is characterized by an elegant 'old rose' color and a refined bouquet of red berries, citrus, and toasted bread notes resulting from over 30 months of aging on the lees.
