Highly recommended!!! Don't miss out when you in Cluj. A great place to try traditional Romanian food in Cluj-Napoca. This feels like a restaurant where locals actually come to eat, rather than a tourist-focused spot, which made the experience feel more authentic. We ordered two traditional main dishes, two soups, a salad, a portion of bread, and a beer, excellent value for money. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The lady serving us was very friendly and used her limited English to make us feel welcome and help us with our order. There is also English available on menu, so communication was easy. A wonderful local dining experience and highly recommended for anyone wanting to try genuine Romanian cuisine.

Authentic. Cheap, generous portions and tasty. Authentic restaurant to experience the atmosphere of then times communism. Cheap and generous meals, typical dishes.

The food is very good and very cheap, especially considering its central location. I really liked the atmosphere too, very cozy!
