Meron placed two high-powered AC units in the interior court of the building without receiving approval of the owners and the people who live there. The level of the noise is above legal levels day and night. This is especially disturbing during the summer, as one cannot keep the windows open to cool their apartments without experiencing a continuous engine noise and vibration in their own homes. Meron was asked repeatedly to remove them and ignored the requests.
About their coffee: I once had a coffee there - I had to wait about 45 minutes to get it, as they fast-tracked the customers who bought take-aways. I am not an expert, but for my taste it was too cold.
So much about it. Oh, and yes. They used to have a roasting machine in the building which polluted the attic with coffee flakes, making it a high fire hazard. It took about 3 years to make them take it away. They never cleaned up the flakes, so the owners had to do this as well.
