I would go here if you're a student/tourist that wants to get a feel for old school Romania, go drink a couple of beers at this bar. They will probably not speak English, but you grab the beer yourself (prices are clearly labeled) and pay at the register. Accepts both cash and card. I would advise against cash as many smaller shops run out of change money so they might refuse to give you one beer for 10 lei thinking they are ripping you off :D Just say "card" and they'll get it. Beer is actually very cheap and they have a good selection. Cheapest is 1.1 euro!!!
