I definitely recommend the burger, crispy chicken, 1l beer or cider. They're super tasty

Large rooftop terrace. Very large rooftop restaurant also with large interior. Gives great views over Cluj. The food is of good quality and portion sizes. The restaurant isn’t clearly signed and difficult to find unless you find the exterior lift next to a cafe by the entrance to a shopping centre.

Nice rooftop view, ok food, all ruined by service and company policies. A place recently renovated with longer opening hours but unfortunately the service, the idea of moving around people at the tables, uncomfortable iron chairs, the inexisting customer care would suit better a countryside motel. Except the prices, they would match any European capital. Big portions but still unable to deliver pasta aldente or anything adapted from meniu (e.g. no onion, no ice, make it half portion etc). Another place looking good from distance but better ignore it.
