We wanted to utilise a gift card, and we asked if our order price will be enough for the gift card, the person serving told us a sum without specifically mentioning anything else. Since our question was how much we have left to meet the pricing on the ticket we added something else to meet the sum he told us - we proceed to ask 3 times the cost of our order because something seemed of and he kept repeating (what we found out after) the cost that was above the gift card not the whole cost of our order like we asked. At the end he charged us double the amount.
