Super coin, super ambiance, personnelle très serviable. Je recommande surtout les bières aux gingembre et le White Russian.

Visited “Enigma” recently, intrigued by the beautiful photos and atmosphere.

Great location in the old city. The place is very spacious inside, with plenty of free tables.

Unfortunately, our further experience wasn’t so pleasant.

It was very dirty both inside and outside on the terrace. My friend is allergic to dust, so she ended up having to take emergency medication. The decorations on the walls were also covered in cobwebs.

There was just one waiter, so we had to wait for a while. By the way, there is no menu in English. Fortunately, the waiter could speak some English. He also helped us adjust some of the dishes, which was really nice.

As for the food, I got pasta that was not salty enough and way too creamy. My friend, on the other hand, got chicken that was way too salty and hot with cold mashed potatoes. I must admit that the portions were quite large.

Très mauvaises expériences. Serveurs extrêmement désagréables. Les serveurs refusent de vous servir la plupart des boissons pourtant à la carte quand il y a trop de monde en levant les yeux au ciel lorsque vous demandez quelque chose de trop « complexe » (une limonade.), j’étais déjà venue une autre fois où le resto était quasiment vide, à la fin je vais payer pour mon amie et moi, je parle anglais en disant que je vais régler pour nous 2, le serveur ne comprend pas et croit que je veux payer séparément, il lève les yeux au ciel en soufflant…. Jamais vu un tel mépris du client, à fuir

I am afraid they don't manage to choose their staff well, nor provide enough staff members for the size of a restaurant with a garden. Due to this, we had to wait 25 minutes to receive a menu and another 25 to be asked what did we choose.

Am sunat înainte să mergem ca să ne asigurăm ca vom putea lua cina. Când am intrat am întrebat iar dacă putem lua cina și numele pt masa rezervată.

Eu -am hotărât ca vrem Burger.

👉Răspuns : nu avem… Dar trebuie să vă gândiți repede ce altceva vreți ca închide restaurantul în două minute! ( stres-stres din partea domnului care ne servea- de ce și clientul trebuie să fie stresat ca se închide bucătăria?)

-ok… atunci o pizza si paste și papanași cu Nutella și lava cake

👉R: nu avem înghețată, altceva în loc de lava cake …

-OK, tiramisu …

👉Pizza, foarte bună. Pastele nesărate, nefăcute, reci la fundul farfuriei și pe 3 bucățele de bacon în toată farfuria, papanașii nu erau cu Nutella ci cu dulceață..

Atât de neașteptat a fost răspunsul, încât m-a bufnit râsul...

Pastele au fost scoase din proprie inițiativă de pe bon — felicitări pentru inițiativă. Păcat că o seară plănuită cu drag a fost compromisă de lipsa de profesionalism.
