Cofetăria Carpați in the city center of Cluj-Napoca is one of the most beautiful and cozy pastry shops in the city for me. Located directly at Piața Unirii, it invites you to linger and enjoy with its beautiful seating.

I was particularly impressed by the large selection of delicious cakes, pastries, and traditional Romanian desserts. The various ice cream flavors are also very tasty and provide a perfect refreshment on warm days. In addition, there is a large selection of hot and cold drinks, so there is something for every taste.

Cofetăria Carpați is far more than just an ordinary pastry shop. It is one of the most traditional addresses in the city and has been delighting locals and visitors with its sweet specialties for decades. Many people from Cluj associate this place with beautiful memories and appreciate the classic recipes that are still offered today.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful during my visit. I particularly enjoyed that English is spoken without any issues. Payment by credit card also worked smoothly.

Another plus is the very clean restrooms and the long opening hours extending into the evening. This pastry shop is suitable for both a small coffee break in the afternoon and a cozy end to the day.

Am avut ocazia să o cunosc pe doamna Ramona și pot spune cu toată convingerea că este o persoană cu adevărat extraordinară. Rar întâlnești un om care îmbină atât de natural profesionalismul impecabil cu o căldură umană autentică. Are acel mod aparte de a face lucrurile să pară simple, dar în spate se simte clar experiența, dedicarea și respectul față de oameni.

Prezența ei schimbă complet atmosfera locului—îl face mai primitor, mai valoros și mult mai plăcut. Nu este doar cineva care își face treaba bine, ci cineva care aduce un plus real, vizibil, prin atitudine și implicare. Este genul de persoană care rămâne în mintea oamenilor și după ce pleacă.

Fără nicio exagerare, locul acesta valorează mult mai mult cu doamna Ramona acolo. Este un adevărat câștig și un exemplu de cum ar trebui să fie un profesionist desăvârșit.

Doamna Ramona este, fără exagerare, sufletul acestui loc. Profesionalismul, căldura și energia ei pozitivă transformă totul într-o experiență mult mai plăcută. Este genul de om care ridică standardele fără să facă eforturi vizibile—pur și simplu prin felul ei de a fi. Locul acesta are o valoare mult mai mare datorită prezenței ei.
