O locație superba, amenajare în stil industrial cu flair de berărie interbelica.<br>Mâncare perfecta cu timp de servire incredibil de scurt avand în vedere ca localul era aproape plin. Neapărat de încercat cocktail-urile. Recomand în special cocktailul casei Bruto, ușor dulce acrișor, absolut perfect echilibrat.<br>Curățenie exemplara.<br>Servire impecabila.<br>Multumim ospătăriței pt servire și povestile despre istoria locatiei.<br>Felicitări.

I've wanted to visit the place for some time until I actually had the opportunity to pay them a visit. And it's a good thing I did, because I got to eat one of the best dishes I have ever tried: duck confit with sweet potato coconut puree and sour cherry sauce. The roasty taste and tenderness of the duck combined with the sweetness of the puree and the sourness of the cherries made for an absolutely perfect combination that made me put this dish in my number one spot, even internationally. The place is very welcoming and cool, with a lot of eclectic decor, clashing interestingly with the historical look of the building. There are different zones where you can sit: a downstairs bar with high stools, a restaurant area, an upstairs bar surrounded by lounging sofas and coffee tables, and also a terrace. The drinks look and taste very good, and the barmen are entertaining and friendly. I also heard that they host different types of events, like concerts and stand-up nights. I would definitely put Bruto on my go-to places for Cluj!

The place itself is beautiful, a stylish interior, great design with a historical twist, and the vibe was very warm and welcoming. Everything felt well thought out. The food was absolutely delicious, refined and full of flavours. Definitely one of my favorites in the city :)
