Frizzìn is a semi-sparkling white wine (Vino Frizzante) produced by San Martino Vini in the Veneto region of Italy. It is created using the Charmat method, resulting in a fresh, fruity wine with gentle effervescence (lower pressure than Spumante), and is notably served on tap at the Negroni Aperitivo Bar in Bucharest.
