A premium sparkling wine produced by the Carastelec Sparkling Winery in the Crișana region of Transylvania, Romania, using the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle). It is characterized by its bright salmon-pink color, fine perlage, and elegant aromas of red berries and brioche resulting from long maturation on the lees.
