A premium Romanian white sparkling wine produced by Casa de Vinuri Cotnari using the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle) with natural fermentation in the bottle. This millésime (vintage) wine is made exclusively from the indigenous Frâncușă grape variety and matured on fine yeasts for over 60 months, resulting in a complex profile with a fine mousse and elegant acidity.
