A traditional Hungarian herbal liqueur and digestif first created in 1790, made from a secret blend of over 40 herbs and spices. It is primarily known in its intensely bitter 'Original' form and a smoother 'Szilva' (Plum) variant that is aged on a bed of dried plums in oak casks.
