A complex dry white wine from the Touraine AOC in France's Loire Valley, produced by artisan winemaker Benjamin Delobel. It is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from old vines planted in 1965 and is distinguished by being fermented and aged in oak barrels for one year.
