A dry white wine blend from the Dealu Mare region of Romania, produced by the S.E.R.V.E. winery (Societatea Euro Română de Vinuri de Excepție). The wine is known for its fresh, elegant profile with floral aromas of linden and acacia, and is typically intended to be consumed young rather than aged. It is named "Pacs" as a tribute to Paul Alecsandru, the brother of the winery's owner.
