This is a dry rosé wine produced by Crama Jelna in the Lechința DOC region of Transylvania, Romania. Part of the Dealu' Negru range, it is crafted using spontaneous fermentation with indigenous wild yeasts, resulting in a complex 'gourmet' rosé with elegant notes of red currants, strawberries, and red grapefruit.
