Hatozaki Pure Malt is a Japanese blended malt whisky produced by the Kaikyo Distillery, named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan. It is crafted from a blend of 100% malt whiskies and aged in a combination of bourbon, sherry, and Mizunara oak casks. The spirit is characterized by a balanced profile of dried fruit, honey, and cereal notes with a delicate touch of smoke.
