Paddy's is a triple-distilled blended Irish whiskey known for being light, smooth, and approachable with notes of honey and vanilla. Originally established in 1779 as Cork Distilleries Company Old Irish Whiskey, it was renamed in 1913 in honor of its legendary salesman, Paddy O'Flaherty.
