A traditional Belgian Oude Gueuze produced by Brouwerij Lindemans, created by blending one-third aged lambic (at least three years old) with two-thirds young lambic (at least one year old) matured in large oak barrels. This golden-hued, spontaneously fermented beer is characterized by its complex tartness, sherry-like aromas, and dry, champagne-like carbonation resulting from secondary fermentation in the bottle.
