Kujira is a Japanese single grain whisky produced in the subtropical Ryukyu Islands of Okinawa using 100% premium Indica rice and traditional black koji. It is typically aged in oak casks, such as Bourbon or Sherry, resulting in a rich, amber spirit with notes of caramel, vanilla, and distinct tropical fruitiness.
