This organic and biodynamic white wine is produced in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation of France's Loire Valley by winemaker Jonathan Didier Pabiot. It is a vibrant expression of Sauvignon Blanc, crafted from younger vines and aged on its lees to deliver a crisp profile of citrus, elderflower, and flinty minerality.
